We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior UX Designer who is dedicated to user-centered design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user research, interaction design, and prototyping, with a strong understanding of usability best practices and visual design. The Senior UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and intuitive digital experiences.


Responsibilities

Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.

Create personas, user journeys, and experience maps to deeply understand user needs.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and effective implementation of design solutions.

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytical data.

Stay updated on design and technology trends, applying new knowledge to improve user experiences.

Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Psychology, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design.

A robust portfolio demonstrating skills in user-centered design and creative solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, among others.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with accessibility principles and inclusive design.

Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience collaborating with software development teams.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing digital products in specific industries (e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, etc.).

Knowledge of coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Skills in visual design and branding.
